I can't say enough good things about Gabe the owner. After speaking with him about the start up (chemical/balancing) of the pool after the re-plastering, Gabe put our minds at ease. He was professional, honest, and matter of fact, which are all the qualities that i respect. He made a commitment, no deposit, just a handshake. Amazing. After the plastering timeframe was pushed, he had no issues communicating with us and stying in the loop.
Ricardo, who we are currently working with, is outstanding as well. When our pool was finally filled, I reached out to Ricardo to inform him that we were ready for him to come out and begin the start up process (it was 7pm). I was pleasantly surprised after leaving him a voice message, that he immediately returned my call and even apologized for not picking up. Who does that in todays world!

Kyzer Pool and Spa in Las Vegas, NV is a wonderful company. Highly recommend for any pool or spa needs. I had an emergency situation with my pool. I was able to call the company on a Sunday morning. I explained to them the situation. They immediately found room in their schedule for the next day. They arrived at the time they said they would and quickly resolved the situation. We were looking for a new pool company after being with our old company for 30 years. We needed a reliable company that would come each week and communicate. We found that with Kyzer. They come each week, if there is ever an issue and they are running late, etc they call to make you aware and the service is amazing. Our pool tech JB is great. He comes each week and does such a good job keeping everything looking great. He saw our new pool vac and offered to put it together for us. He always goes above and beyond. We are so thankful we found Kyzer.

Gabe and his team have been very flexible in working with me on schedules and specific areas that tend to require special attention.

Early in the year, he and his team also conducted a total overhaul on the surfaces of my pool and spa; including emptying them, having certain areas 'glass-bead' blasted clean (because of salt buildup in my salt-based pool and spa), as well as carefully hand-filling in some cracks and chipped areas and then completing the renewal with a full bleaching of the surfaces - bringing it back to an almost new condition! They also took great care to thoroughly clean and appropriately dispose of the byproducts of the various processes.

I confidently refer Gabe and Kyzer Pool and Spa to my neighbours and friends here in Las Vegas - I only hope Kyzer Pool and Spa don't become too busy and lose their rare breed of customer care and service excellence (...like what happened to me with a prior pool contractor)!!

They kept the appointment, showed up on time, and texted when they were on the way. They spent plenty of time thoroughly cleaning everything. We received an email after the work was done documenting the pool chemical content, along with photos of the work done. It's like pool care for the 21st century!

The price for monthly service on our oversized pool is very fair and reasonable.

Update 2024: We are still happily working with Kyzer and we have had multiple repair jobs on this old pool. Kyzer is more than fair with pricing, and they are responsive and fix it right the first time! I wish they did everything else a house needs: Plumbing, HVAC etc.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much given that everyone are not honest and you can even say are horrible at their services but not these people. Gabe is such a good guy. From the initial conversation Over the phone to his service and demeanor. I can say he is very professional and honest. It’s very important because when I leave a review even when I have bad experiences with businesses it usually because it will help others in making a decision. Gabe and everyone that has serviced our pool. We never had any issues with them. Not the communication, not the fees. We are waiting for our pump to be delivered and it’s been awhile but they also give us a good price so we don’t mind waiting but other than that. I recommend them and it’s hard to find a decent company who will do what they say and are not overpriced. I also have to say that Gabe has honored the price he gave me over the phone even when it was under priced and I was surprised at how much integrity he had shown me. Thank you Gabe! Thank You Kaiser. This is a great company who always leaves my pool sparkling clean! They are consistent and I'm glad I hired them. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I have been a Kyzer pool client for about 6 months now and I am really happy with the CONSISTENT, good quality and communication services that I receive.

I have had bad experiences with a few pool cleaning providers before, where people would show up outside of their scheduled times, not show up at all with no notice (or a lame excuse), or there would be obvious cleaning areas that weren't done (like you didn't see the pool's main drain was full?!). I have also had pool people try to nickel and dime me. I don't have any of these issues with Kyzer which is to my relief. Kyzer has a set it and forget it system that I really appreciate as a remote home owner. I pay, they let me know when they are on the way, they come, do a tremendous job, always sends me after pictures with chemical balance information and then they are gone.

I love not having to worry about my pool. I really love that when I have needed emergency draining Kyzer's company has made themselves available. I also think it's super neat that they offer pool plastering services as well that I look forward to using later this year. I hope to continue to receive these great services from Kyzer's company.

Gabe and his crew do a wonderful job maintaining our pool. They send an email out each week immediately after the service that shows a picture of the clean pool, details what services were performed, and what chemicals were added.

We had difficulty with past companies because we’d start off great but over the years we would have different people showing up to clean and the job was never consistent. We would get blamed for it being our pool, our trees, our pump, etc. but never on the fact it wasn’t getting cleaned. Finally we went with Kyzer Pool and Spa Service. Our pool is consistently clean and operating efficiently. We will never go with another company again. We love Gabe’s service and his techs are professional. It’s nice to work directly with them and our pool is operating well!

I have a rental that is pretty popular because of the Backyard and Pool so very important that it’s always taken care of. I’ve always gotten great service, the techs know what they’re doing and are friendly. The business owner Gabe understands how to run a business and it shows.
